Al-Hogail conducted an inspection of several development projects in the Taif Governorate today. During the visit, His Excellency was updated on the progress of the Madinat Al Wurood project, located in the Taif Governorate. The purpose of the visit was to assess the level of achievement in the project, which aims to enhance the supply of appropriate housing options for families in the governorate.

During the inspection round, Al- Hogail oversees the progress of the work in Madinat Al Wurood. The project is currently in its advanced stages of completion, and His Excellency was pleased to see the progress made. Madinat Al Wurood is currently under construction on Al-Sail Road in the city of Taif. The development is situated within the urban area of the city's new neighborhoods and is adjacent to the Ash-Sharafiya and Al-Rahmaniya neighborhoods. A cutting-edge construction method, known as the Tunnel Formwork (TF) system, is being utilized for the implementation of the project.

Additionally, he highlighted the need to tackle visual distortion and enhance the urban landscape in Taif.

As part of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing's initiative to carry out development projects across the Kingdom, the visit was made to the region. In an effort to increase the supply of housing real estate and provide homes for families in need, a partnership between the government and private sector is being strengthened. The Developmental Housing Program, in collaboration with development associations in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, aims to benefit those who are most in need of housing units. The current year has seen a rise in the number of units being allocated to beneficiaries of Sakani and Developmental Housing programs.

The housing sector is receiving unlimited support from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince, as the Ministry continues its efforts in this area. The Housing Program aims to increase ownership rates and provide citizens with adequate housing that meets their aspirations and desires. To achieve this goal, the Program seeks to enhance the real estate supply and diversify housing options in line with the Saudi Vision.
