Q1 witnesses 21,000 visits to Sakani centers

The first quarter of this year witnessed almost 21,000 visits to comprehensive housing centers from beneficiaries both eligible for and not eligible for housing support, as disclosed by the Sakani Program. In an effort to streamline services and improve communication between beneficiaries and service providers, four centers have implemented a simplified mechanism with clear steps. This will allow for more effective integration and benefit from the services provided.

In a recent press release, Sakani announced that the comprehensive housing centers located in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Khobar, and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah have facilitated the conclusion of over 3,000 ownership contracts for first-time homebuyers. These contracts have a total value exceeding 2 billion riyals. The centers are part of ongoing efforts to improve market efficiency and support families in their quest to become homeowners. Since its establishment, the centers have been successful in providing housing solutions to the public. In the first quarter alone, 48 housing projects were completed, resulting in over 31,000 housing units being made available. Additionally, the centers have a housing supply of over 15,000 units that are currently available to the public.

Sakani centers are now available in four cities to provide a range of real estate services. These centers offer housing supply services, financing options, and other related services such as lease contracts, sorting real estate units, sustainability assessments, and owner associations.

The comprehensive housing centers have emerged as a prominent channel under the Sakani initiative, serving as a one-stop-shop for beneficiaries, real estate developers, and financing agencies. These centers offer a range of comprehensive services to facilitate the beneficiary's journey in finding housing and related services, all under one roof. With multiple channels for providing services, comprehensive housing centers have become a go-to resource for those seeking convenient and efficient access to housing solutions. A range of services are being offered to support beneficiaries and increase market efficiency. These services include real estate advisory, issuance of real estate transaction tax certificates for first-time homebuyers, financing agency quotations, electronic issuance of land contracts, engineering design services, approved contractor and engineering supervision, and real estate market support. These offerings aim to align with the objectives of the Housing Program and contribute to the overall success of Saudi Vision 2030.
