Service Level Agreement
MOMRAH demonstrates its commitment to achieving customer satisfaction by offering its external portal services and e-services at all times. This page provides a list of external portal services and e-services that have met the standards, along with the maximum time for provision of the service, recognising that this time does not include completing the missing information in case the customer does not provide all required information, nor does it include the time needed for processing transactions by a third party, such as other government entities, if the transactions so require. This list will be continually updated to include all e-services.
