Studying and developing municipal facilities and services for pilgrims

The initiative intends to serve pilgrims travelling to the Two Holy Mosques by land, sea, and air ports in Makkah, Madinah, Jeddah, and Taif by researching, building, developing, and enhancing municipal facilities and services in urban areas (e.g., roads, streets, intersections, lighting, lounges, Hajj and Umrah timing, stops, and filling stations).
