Mullak

The Ministry of Housing launched Mullak Program to enable the formation of homeowner’s associations and the management of jointly owned property. The program allows owners access services, communicate effectively and organize the residential property. The program not only governs the management of the jointly owned property, but it also creates a healthy and organized residential environment that helps achieve high levels of co-dwelling and comfort among homeowners and enforces the laws and regulations approved by the program.
