Cooperative Housing Initiative

The Ministry of Housing launched the Cooperative Housing Initiative in line with the Saudi Vision 2030. The Initiative aims to regulate and promote the Cooperative Societies for Housing Purposes Sector, by providing affordable housing units. The Initiative intends to achieve its objectives by drafting the legal frameworks for cooperative housing, building the capabilities of the cooperative societies, and raising awareness.
